A call from across the country about 2008

A lady from Santa Ana, California called to tell me that her family's tour with me four years ago was the best thing about their NYC experience and that they still talk about it!
One of those touching moving moments in tour guiding. Her call was one of the highlights of my career.
She said that her approach to life is to tell people compliments or criticisms.
She found my card while cleaning up, and she called to get my address to send me a picture of us touring.
