[First day we did an orientation tour around hotel, then ate at Junior's in Grand Central before learning the subways by going to Times Square, then navigating back to the hotel.
Second day we saw Central Park, Fifth Avenue, an old ice cream shop, Wall Street, the World Trade Center's 9/11 Memorial, and Greenwich Village, concluding at an excellent jazz club.
Third day we went to the Louis Armstrong Museum in Corona, Queens, Little Egypt in Astoria Queens where we had a middle eastern platter with some real New York characters, then we concluded in hip Williamsburg, Brooklyn.]

This couple had me meet them their first morning in town to orient them to their motel's neighborhood. We experienced the East Village, Greenwich Village, Union Square, and Madison Square -- all in just over two hours.
"We had an absolutely fantastic time and just loved New York. We want to tahnkyou so much for the tour you took us on, it really helped set us up for the week and for that we are very grateful.
Thanks again and hopefully see you again one day in NYC :)

T... called earlier today about her husband G..'s NYC Architecture tour for 2015.
If it materializes, she asked if you could be his Escort!!
B-T-W She loves you, and said you were a fabulous Escort for their group!!!! She told me how you got the FIT [Fashion Institute of Technology] tour to be just what she wanted when they were going to give you a full campus tour!! Way to go!! I was told it was just going to be a Fashion tour, so I need to know these things to be able to give the client what they ask for!!

Background: I escorted a group of Fashion students around NYC and took them to FIT, where, on the fly, I got their general admissions tour of the campus customized to their specific interests while another tour guide took the rest of the public on the general tour. The group leader loved my work and recommended me to be the escort and tour guide for a group of architecture students from the same school that her husband, another teacher, will be leading.

It is my pleasure to write to you on behalf of Mr. Jared Goldstein.
My Girl Scout Troop recently took a trip to New York City and Jared Goldstein was our tour guide. From the very beginning, Jared was the consummate professional.
Our Girl Scout Troop chose to go to New York City about two years ago. [Our troop has been together since they were 6 and 7 years old and now they are graduating from high school. So, this was going to be the big farewell trip to commemorate their 12 years together. I wanted nothing but the best for these girls.] So, I went online and started researching tour guides.
Out of the 5 or 6 that I e-mailed initially, Jared Goldstein was the only one that responded. He was professional as well as very helpful. I explained what we wanted to do and the things the girls wanted to see and experience while we were in New York City. ...
On the day of his tour, it began to rain, so he quickly readjusted his initial plan and still provided us with a wonderful 4 hour tour of New York. His knowledge of the history of New York was never ending. He spoke to the girls and their parents telling stories and replaying history.
I just can’t say enough great things about Jared. We absolutely loved him as our tour guide and when we return to New York City someday, we will definitely look him up and use him again!
Jared Goldstein is a gregarious and energetic man who favorably impressed all of the girls and their parents. His skills as an excellent story teller combined with his knowledge and love for New York City will prove to be a tremendous asset to your organization.

Sorry I'm just now writing back. I'm still dealing with the domino effect of being gone. HA!
We loved our trip, and the best part (besides driving in a rental car an honking at people ~ I don't know why I loved that so much) was the tour day we did with you.
I can't tell you how awesome you are. I don't have any suggestions because you were just perfect. I left a review on TripAdvisor ....
